Importing comments from Blogger: “Set authors” problem

  All my posts have imported successfully from my Blogger blog, but when it gets to a certain point in the comments to import, the importing button changes to “set authors.” When I click on it, it takes me to a page with a “save changes” button (but no drop down menu) and when I click on that, it takes me to the page listing published posts.

  I’ve tried starting over several times but it keeps locking up at the same point. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do to move past this? I have two Blogger blogs but am only importing one (the other one has no content at the moment), and the blog I am trying to import only has one author.

  Not really sure why that happened to you. Maybe send in a feedback to the staff when they open on Monday or send an email to support at wordpress dot com about this issue in detail again as they don’t like just referencing threads in this forum! More detail the better!
