Importing content

  I have exported all content from one wordpress site, set up a new one and trying to import. The import function is there so no need to download anything. When I run the import, I get the following message

  Sorry, you are not allowed to import content.

  But with no more useful information. Any help please?

  Please go through the import guide once and try it again if you get any error please let us know. Here is the link for that:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  and when I am opening your site It is showing me that your site has been suspended might be because of that you are not able to import.
