    Hi, I’m trying to import with an xml file from another wordpress but it is saying my file is too large and to contact support

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with importing content to your site. Can you tell me the size of the XML file you’re importing?

    Also, if the other WordPress site is still live, could you perhaps try the following method to import the entire site as-is?
