Importing content from Godaddy Quick Blogcast

I have a Godaddy Quick Blogcast and I’d like to import the postings to my wordpress.com blog. I’ve searched the forums and the links that were referred to are all dead. Can anyone help me? I’m very new to blogging and I’m not very tech savvy either so step by step instructions would help. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
