Importing Content from the Web

  Is there a way I can import from the web and publish content that I previously authored, using the url for that content?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you can export the content from it’s current host, you can likely import it here to your WordPress.com site. In general, you don’t want to copy the same content to multiple URLs though.
