Importing Content from Typepad to wordpress

  I need help importing my content from typepad to wordpress. I was able to export the data from typepad, but can’t figure out how to import to wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you for the response, however, I’m still unable to located the “tools” option within wordpress. Will you please direct me where I can find it.
