Importing content that use wordpress template from a diffrent domain to this one

  Hi,
  I used iPage domain with wordpress template and i will like to know if i can import all the of this to my new blog

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload third party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  Thank you,
  I understand that there is no upload of a third party ftp.
  eventhough I was using i page i used to wordpress template to manage the website.
  as you can see there is an import from Tools->import and then Import WordPress which you can import WXR (.xml) file. what is this file exactly? does it include content/template/ maybe just the text that i added in the blog

  what is this file exactly?

  The file includes your exported posts, pages, comments, categories/tags and media.

  WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file and we’ll import the posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags into this site.

  which is basically an xml that you can export from an existing wordpress blog
  anyways, it seems like i will need to write the whole website again from scratch

  You cannot build or use your own custom theme built from scratch at WordPress.com. The only themes we can use are those found here > Appearance > Themes
  This is a multiuser blogging platform. All blogs wearing the same theme are using the same underlying template and we cannot access the underlying files and edit templates or themes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/
