Importing Custom Menu Bars from SmugMug to WordPress

    Hi,

    New to WordPress I’m trying to customise my WP page. I’d like to know if it’s possible to import my custom navigation/menu bar from my SmugMug website into my new WordPress page?

    If there are any SmugMug users here that have done this, I’d greatly appreciate some help, either by way of an explanation or, perhaps, a link to a specific tutorial related to this.

    Not sure if this makes any difference, but I working with the free WP.com and I’ve chosen “Piano Black” as my theme.
