I want my cemetery trust site to support a searchable list of burial data. I prototyped this using a Wix environment which allowed me to import a database as a comma separated list. The volume of data is not large so site storage is not a problem. Can you advise me how best to proceed

To do something like this here on WordPress.com would likely involve a plugin, so that would require the WordPress.com Business plan. https://wordpress.com/support/business-plan/
