Importing Error

“Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Import’ not found in /home/a4730686/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/wordpress-importer.php on line 1081”
My blog has been deactivated and I decided to export its posts to another host.
What I’ve done:
Created My SQL Database and Username (added it to database…).
Downloaded WordPress, changed wp-config.php file, uploaded it to the database and installed.
Downloaded export file from the deactivated blog, went to the dashboard of the new blog, tools, import (/wp-admin/import.php) and this error showed up:Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Import’ not found in /home/a4730686/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/wordpress-importer.php on line 1081

I went to line 1081 of that file and this was written (I don’t know if you need this…):
printf( __(‘%s “%s” already exists.’, ‘wordpress-importer’), $post_type_object->labels->singular_name, esc_html($post[‘post_title’]) );Thanks.
