Importing files

    Hi there,
    I recently had a blog with Travelpod, sadly no longer with us and they suggested I use your site to host my/our travel blog.
    I have all my old travels in a zip file from Travelpod and would like load these onto my WordPress site, how do I do this?
    I’ve tried a few of the Imports but none seem to work?
    This is the error message I get.
