Importing Followers and Blog stats to wordpress.org

  I have recently changed to wordpress.org from wordpress.com. I already have the jetpack plugin activated and would like to have my “followers” and blog stats (and “Likes” if possible) transferred over to the new wordpress.org. site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To help things along, the old site is eatnabout.wordpress.com and the new one is eatnabout.com
