Importing followers into new blog from an earlier blog?

  I am setting up a new travel blog. Have done one a year for several years. It takes so long inviting followers to view my blog using copy and paste for emails. Most are the same people. But I would like to delete people who have followed that I dont know, i make the blog public because my friends get confused with your message about signing up with Word Press. They do NOT want to create a blog, just receive emails when I post a new blog. I downloaded some program you suggest for importing and exporting, but dont see how to export followers from ne site to the new site,
