Importing followers to wordpress.org/jetpack

  Hi, I am moving my http://lilinhaangel.wordpress.com to a wordpress.org install at http://www.lilinhangel.com. I have installed JetPack and the option for people to follow my blog – but my existing subscribers have not transported across. Are you able to advise how I go about doing this please?
