Importing from baby home pages?

I just signed up to this site because it looks so cool! I have a blog currently at babyhomepages.net for my baby (mostly for the grandparents out of town) and this blog looks much better. Also, I can make it into a book with blurb.com which I can’t do with the other one.
Is there a way to import my existing blog from babyhomepages to this site? If not, I have a PDF of the site content, is there a way to import the PDF to the site? It would be nice to be able to edit the content once in wordpress but not necessary.

I don’t know if there is one specifically…sorry I’m a little bloggally challenged, where would I find that? There does not seem to be a specific “export” option or section. (maybe not a true “blog” site I guess)

A quick look at their help section doesn’t show any mention of a way to export or backup your data.
I think you’re going to be stuck with copying and pasting from your old site to your new one.
