Importing from Blogger Issue

  I am converting a blogger.com blog to wordpress for myself and a friend. I did mine, and it worked no problem. I did the same thing for my friend, the import screen came up, and it stalls at 1/200 posts. Any ideas? I exported the blogspot blog to “atom blogspot xml” file, but am unsure what to do with it?
