Importing from HTML files?

  Is it possible to import content to my WordPress blog from a HTML archive files on my computer? These are previous blog posts from blogs I no longer have up on other platforms, so I can’t use the suggestions given.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately, you can only upload files from the supported services as explained here:

  Import a Website

  Currently, HTML files are not a supported file type. In order to upload your content to WordPress.com, you will need to first convert it to an accepted file type before uploading.
