importing from iweb

Hi Macmanx,
Can you help me as well? I would like to import my iWeb blog via RSS to my new WordPress.com site. I have an RSS feed, so it should work, right?

Hi macmanx,
I guess I join the last minute rush pack.
Can you please share the instructions for me to move my mobile me website to wordpress?
I am not very technically savvy I have to admit.
thanks a lot

I have now opened a wordpress.com a/c and need to move the blog I had on iWeb rather than lose it a few days time. Would you be able to send me instructions.
Many thanks.

Did you see what Staff said here?
For anyone else who asks, your iWeb site needs to be hosted on MobileMe with an RSS Feed for us to import. We can only import the blog post content from an RSS Feed. All other iWeb content (non-blog pages) will need to be copied and pasted, as there is no way to directly import them. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/importing-from-iweb?replies=34#post-923201

Unfortunately, now that MobileMe is down, the import will no longer be possible.
We could only import posts from the RSS feed, and that can only be generated under MobileMe’s hosting services.
Assuming that you still have access to your iWeb application you can copy and past the page content, but we don’t have any way to import it at this point.
