  • Hi there,

Do you want to import your entire site, including theme, plugins and settings, or do you only want to import your content?

We have two options for importing a WordPress site to WordPress.com. The method using Jetpack is if you want to import your entire site exactly as it currently it. That method requires that you upgrade your WordPress.com site to our Pro plan:

    https://wordpress.com/en/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/

If that’s what you want to do, you need Jetpack both installed, and connected to the WordPress.com account that owns the site you’re importing to.

http://www.lindalewis.ca/ is connected to WordPress.com, but that Jetpack connection belongs to a different account that’s not a user on your WordPress.com site.

Log into WP-Admin on your site and disconnect Jetpack. Then reconnect so it connects to your lindadlewis account instead. Then you should be able to start the import process for a site under this account.

You can find details on reconnecting Jetpack here:
