    I can see you’ve reached out a few times in the past day from this account. It’s best to just send 1 message and wait for a reply from our team. When sending multiple new messages across it moves your request back to the bottom of the list because it’s the newest item.

    Can you point me to the previous conversation you were having where that bad link originated from? When looking at the account i can’t see where we’ve replied. This makes me think that you might have more than 1 account set up on WordPress.com.
