Importing from (old) WordPress
-
I have a blog installed on my shell (mizipzor.blinkenshell.org), its version 2.3.2, I want to export those posts and import them on my new blog. However, the xml output seems to not work. After uploading and importing, only one post seems to have been imported. It stated to have done 174 queries if it helps.
What gives? Is my old install simply to old? I dont really know what to try next, neither the export nor the import have any extra or advanced options to experiment with.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It might take some time for the posts who appear.
A while ago someone imported around 1000 posts, most of them appeared after 24 hours.– Lora

@Lora,
I deleted my Reply since its possibly not relevant.FWIW: I didn’t see anywhere that the OP was importing into a WP.com
blog the address you provided could be a old blog and could be used
for the API key for the WP stats plugin I guess we’ll have to wait and
see what the OP has to say. -

You may well have to update the wordpress software at mizipzor.blinkenshell.org before you will be able to import here since basically this site is running on the equivalent of 2.7 something and between 2.3 and 2.7 there were considerable changes to things.
Contact staff directly at http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ and they should be able to tell you what needs to be done.
