Importing from outside systems

  How does one go about importing posts from other systems that don’t have automatic routines for exporting?
  I’m thinking about switching some content from the crispynews system here — http://bohsnews.crispynews.com/recent/articles
  — but I dread to think about doing it piece by piece.
  TIA for any suggestions!

  Cut and paste for the most part is really your only option.
