Importing from posterous problem

  I have thus xml file from posterous – C:UsersMarkPictureswordpress_export_ tubelog.xml

  But when trying to import it to wordpress, I get a message saying that it isn’t an xml file.

  Can you help?

  Are you using this guide? http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-posterous/

  Have you tried using another browser? http://browsehappy.com

  You cannot upload a zip file. Posterous sends you a .zip file which you need to open to retrieve the files inside. Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-posterous/ you’ll need to upload the wordpress_export_1.xml file, not the one you tried to import.   Thanks, I switched to Google Chrome and it seems to be importing now. Thanks again for the advice.

  Spoke to soon. The import has completed and imported all the text but none of the photos. Any ideas on what might be the problem?
