Good day
I have a product take on file (.csv) from a supplier, based on a WP export file from my site, so the content is all in the correct place.the Problem
When I run the importer (on a sample set of 10 products ONLY) it accepts the file, does the column mapping and start the ‘import’ and then just sits there……with the comment ‘your products are now being imported….’
It has been in this state for a couple of hours !!
I have used the import process before with great success, the only difference on this occasion is that the images area at:-

Hi Graham,
Thank you for reaching out.
Do you have a chance to get a fresh CSV file to try to import again? Or maybe include less products in it, to see which one causes the error?
I will go ahead and mark this thread for staff attention, as I can not see the system as a volunteer.

Hi there – Could you offer us a couple of additional pieces of information please:
1. What is the URL of the site where you are trying to import?
2. Is the receiving site using WooCommerce? If so, are you using this importer?

Hi Grahan,
The domain you shared does not exist, have you perhaps meant msgmarine.co.za? The site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we wouldn’t be able to help but, if you’re having trouble using the importer @deancroyal shared above, try posting to the official WooCommerce support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.
They might be able to advise better.

Hi there,
That site is not hosted by us and since you need help with the WooCommerce plugin you have to post in this forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
The forums you are currently posting are for providing support to WordPress.com hosted sites only.

If you haven’t posted on the WordPress.org forums before, you need to register a new account here:
https://login.wordpress.org/register?locale=en_US
This is a different account from the WordPress.com account you use to post to the forums here and a different account from the one you use to manage your WordPress site.
Additionally we’re not able to help with your WooCommerce issue in this forum. You would need to contact Woo Support using one of the links below:
If you’re using the free version of WooCommerce you can post in their community forum, here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Or if you’re using any premium or payment gateway add-on downloaded from WooCommerce.com you can reach live chat and email support here:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
I hope that clarifies things.
