Importing from Self-Hosted WP

We just spun off our magazine from the previous parent company, so we’re trying to migrate off their self-hosted WP-based setup, to a WP pro setup.
I tried to export from WP on that site (lavamagazine.com) so I could import everything fresh, and keep getting the “it’s processing” message.
Thanks in advance for what i’m sure is going to be a complicated migration,

Is the import processing on our end, or the export processing on the self-hosted end?
If the export stuck with the self-hosted blog, we unfortunately can’t help with that, but the kind folks at http://wordpress.org/support/ should be able to help you.

The import’s stuck.
I keep seeing the “The import is processing, if you still see this after 24hrs please contact support.”
…that’s what brings me here. :)

Ok, that shouldn’t cause any problems, and the import seems to have started successfully.
Let’s give this one 24 hours and see what happens, hopefully something good.
