Importing from Square Space to Word Press

    Can someone guide me on the best way to import a website already developed on Square Space into Word Press? We want to migrate everything we can and I’m just unclear how to do that without interrupting service on our current portal.

    There is an import from Squarespace, though I should note that it brings through text and images, but not layout or other functions like booking calenders:

    If you’re looking for a more complete migration function that brings in extras such as booking calendars or ecommerce (i.e. a store on your site) then that would generally need to be done manually. As far as I’m aware, Squarespace doesn’t offer any export method for that kind of thing.

    Would you like to let us know what sort of functions your site currently has, that you’d want to bring over? We’re happy to point you in the right direction! Is there anything else that you wanted to add, which you don’t already have on your site?

    In general in terms of migrating, a site here can absolutely be set up without interrupting your current portal so as to keep it running smoothly; and when the new site is ready to go you’d only need to make sure your domain name is moved over to point to our servers!
