Importing from Tumblr

Hi, I had previously started an import from tumblr but I had forgotten about it. I came back to it again today and there didn’t seem to be any progress (the counter was stuck at a particular number of posts for a few hours) I tried to stop the import by clearing the account information. However, when I tried reimporting, it gave me this message: ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ even though it doesn’t indicate any ongoing imports. I tried clearing account information again as well as disconnecting from tumblr and reconnecting, but I’m getting the same message whenever I try to import again.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
