Importing from tumblr

Importing my tumblr to wordpress. I cancelled the import because it didnt seem to be importing anything. When i went to start a new import, even after clearing, it said that there was still an Import in progress. But there isnt. Even after disconnecting and then reconnecting to Tumblr. Still says theres one in progress and but nothings happening.

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

Thank you, I tried again but it still says
“You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.”But nothing is importing. It won’t actually start the importer. When I click on “import this blog” the page refreshes and shows me the above message.
I understand there’s a lot of tumblr traffic. Maybe I should wait a few days?

Ah! Now it says In Progress. I’ll leave it going for as long as Im awake and hopefully it’ll work.
I only have 157 posts so I’m hoping it’ll start importing soon.
If I have any other issues or it doesn’t work, I’ll post again. Thank you
