Importing from Tumblr

  I started an import from a Tumblr blog and it wasn’t showing any progress so I hit ‘Clear account information’ like it said to do in the instructions, but then when I tried to start the import again it gave me an error message saying ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ Is it still importing? If not, how do I get it started again?

  Hi there,

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
