Importing from Tumblr

    Hello. I was trying to import a tumblr account, and I clicked ‘Clear Account Information’ to reset the importer, but I don’t think it worked. It won’t let me restart. It says ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete,’ but I cannot tell if it is still importing the first blog or not. I don’t think it is importing anything. I also tried Disconnecting from Tumblr, but that did not seem to work either. What should I do?

    Hi there!

    It appears your Tumblr import was ongoing. For now, I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again afresh.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try canceling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
