Importing from tumblr

  hi! The import function first was stuck, so I reset, but it’s saying that it’s still running– even though the button to initiate the import has returned, rather than anything to indicate that it’s in progress. (I’m trying to move everything over before something ends up accidentally deleted by tumblr’s new dumb algorithm.) Thank you!

  Hi there!

  It appears your Tumblr import was ongoing. For now, I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again afresh.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try canceling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

  Wonderful, thank you so much! I figured you were experiencing high traffic, but wasn’t sure how exactly the function worked… I’ll be patient! I appreciate your help, and I’m excited to make a new home here on WordPress :^)
