Importing from Tumblr since the 7th, Still no progress

    Hello, I am trying to export from Tumblr using the importer just so I can export the blog into a proper XML file from wordpress since the third party Tumblr2wordpress site seems to take issue with copying all of the post from a tumblr (only half seems to copy no matter how many post are on the blog it’s always half). And WordPress doesn’t seem to be able to upload the XML file in the rar file from the Tumblr built in exporter itself. Anyway this import has been running since the 7th and it’s still on 0. Is it actually stuck or what? that seems way too long for an import. I paid just to upgrade to 6gb too. I most likely am not sticking around I just want to export the XML from wordpress once imported.

    Hi –

    The import is in line, queued up, and waiting to start. This is not the normal experience, but due to the number of imports from Tumblr, that specific tool is overloaded.

    Just make sure your Tumblr blog remains connected to WordPress.com. This way the import will be successful once it does begin.
