Importing From Tumblr Won’t Work After Removing Domain Name

  Hello,

  I am trying to import posts from my tumblr account to my WordPress account. I disabled my domain name on my Tumblr account but I am still getting ‘Tumblr Blogs with Custom Domain Names Cannot Be Imported’ error. I have tried:

  -Clearing my Cache

  -Disabling WordPress as an App on my Tumblr Account (at https://www.tumblr.com/settings/apps)

  -Contacting Tumblr to assure my domain was properly disconnected

  Based off of previous topics I have searched for support, it appears a staff member needs to reset the importer for me. Hoping someone can help me out, thank you in advance!

  Hi @thestylespotter27! You’ve done all the right things, including having us reset the stuck import. That’s done now; want to try again?
