Importing from Wix

    Hi. I’ve been trying to import a website done on Wix. But seem to be getting the same error message below:

    It looks like we’re unable to reach that website address at this time. (ID: 4f16dd28-4a86-4df5-a98c-414c80e48f01)

    Any idea what might be the cause and what I can do to solve this problem. Thanks

    Hi there,

    Can you share the URL of the Wix site you’re trying to import?

    It looks like there might be a bug with the Wix importer at the moment that’s causing imports to fail for some people.

    Unfortunately I can’t tell you at this time when it might be fixed and we also don’t have any workarounds available. So for now all I can suggest is to periodically try again in case it works.

    Once this issue is fixed, we’ll update this thread.
