Importing from wordpress

  I got a wordpress blog at wordpress.com, but now im on a free host server and i got a “personal” wordpress. I want to import the posts from my old wordpress blog, so, how can i do that?

  Please review the FAQ at the head of these forums as it’s covered in there. If it’s an option to wait, Matt and crew are working on an Export process that should be up shortly.

  I’m curious though why they went that route though. They could have easily taken the MT exporter I mentioned a few days ago, dressed it up a bit, relabeled it as their own, and used that.

  Not that I’m complaining or anything. Just curious.
