Importing from Xanga

    I keep getting an extension file error saying that it is not an xml file I am trying to upload, but it is!

    For further instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/

    Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

    If you are following those steps and still run into errors, a couple things that often help are trying a different browser (like Chrome) or using the WordPress importer rather than the Xanga-specific one.

    I’ve reset your importer for you. You should be able to try your import again. Please let me know if you continue to run into issues with this.
