Importing Information

    I am trying to import content from my old Wix site.

    ‘It looks like kaleadion.wixsite.com/portfolio is built with Wix. To move your existing content to your newly created WordPress.com site, try our Wix importer.’

    When I hit ‘Import Your Content,’ it starts to load and then says ‘Oops, something went wrong
    Please try again soon or contact support for help.’

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, it looks like you closed your account but if you wish you can reopen it by replying to the account closure confirmation email, and once it is active again we can take a closer look.
