  Importing is not occuring properly ,IT IS MORE THAN 13 HOURS my file is not importing

  Did you read the notice on your site and wordpress.com dashboard? Your site has been suspended because of a violation of our Terms of Service.
  Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum.As very clearly stated, you must contact the TOS-team by following the link to the mentioned Support Document, http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
