Importing is not working.

I am attempting to import my tumblr blogs to back up. I had made a mistake in importing earlier and accidentally brought in an incorrect blog, and as the posts were extremely numerous and scattered throughout I had to do a full delete of everything.
I am attempting to re-upload the blogs, but it is telling me that importer is already running, even though I have literally reset the importer and logged out of then reconnected to Tumblr as well as everything else I can think of to try and work it.
It is still giving me the message ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.’ while there is no import running and it is exhausting me.
Could the issue be that it is still emptying the last little bit from trash, or is this some other type of error?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I was attempting to fix things and one of the things I did did end up deleting it, but I didn’t know I could get it restored. If you could do that that would be lovely. -lightningandknivesblog
