  Hello, I am trying to import my information from Blogger into my new WordPress account but i am getting an error message saying i cannot import. can you please advise how I should do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to create an XML export file at Blogger first. Then you use this guide > en.support.wordpress.com/import/ Did you do that and still experience this issue?
