Importing Issues

  So my importation of a tumblr blog wasn’t showing any signs of anything being imported after a few hours. I wanted to focus the import more on a different blog though due to time. When clearing it, I hadn’t realized that would stop the import. Now even after disconnecting and reconnecting, whenever I try anything I am met with this message ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please.’

  Hi there,

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

  No worries. Normally this wouldn’t have caused any issues, but because the importer queue is so backed up self-cancelling also takes a while.
