  Wanting to import an existing iWeb site to WordPress. Any help on this?

  Hi Synelec,

  I googled iWeb and they appear to be a hosting provider. Assuming you’re trying to migrate from self-hosted WordPress.org to WordPress.com, below support page will get you through the process.

  Sorry for the delay in my response. From what I’ve learned in the meantime, it seems I’ll have to re-create my website, then have my web host map my url to point to the WordPress site.

  Is this correct, and just how do I make the mapping happen? What information will my web host need. And is this a discussion to have with my current host?
