Importing Large Backup

    Recently exported a large backup of our site which is a few GB. Trying to import it with the native WordPress tool, the maximum size is ~500mb. Is there any way to increase this? From the backup, we only want to import the posts, which are only roughly 2MB but unfortunately part of the larger file.

    I’m apparently unable to edit the main post, but the backup is a .wpress file, so manually diving in and ripping out the posts doesn’t seem possible?
