importing my old live spaces data (in html files) into wordpress

  I have managed to get my old blog from Live Spaces downloaded to my pc in html files – how do I import these into my wordpress blog? At this point, I would be happy to do each post one by one, but can’t see how – I am not technically minded and all the jargon is just gobbledigook to me! Help!

  There was 6 months advance warning given last year. I’m afraid we have no access to Windows Live Spaces migrations as of March 31st of 2011. I’m sorry to tell you that there is no easy way to do this. It’s a copy and paste job now.

  You will need to Contact Windows Live directly about the possibility of getting a backup of your Spaces blog at this late date.
