importing my previous site

  Hello there! A few weeks ago I tried importing my the content of my previous site. Apparently the file was too large. A friend cleared all the junk comments on my previous site and provided me with a smaller file to import. However it won’t let me do it in the ‘import’ section, as the previous import still seems to be processing.

  It sounds like a member of staff will need to reset the importer. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff can assist you.

  myriamnoury – Go ahead and try that new import file now. I’ve cleared out the old one. If all goes well it will process in under 24 hours. Come back and let me know if it doesn’t work again.
