Importing my Tumblr

    Hi.

    I’m importing my tumblr (redacted) to WP, deleting videos with XXX content and, at the same time, trying to do it with some photos. However, the import never ends! I want to remove much content but here.

    By the way, the URL of my WP is not what I want. Can I change it, when the tumblr import is complet with a new wordpress.com URL? Where can I do it?

    Note: if I should turn this import blog private because of some content, please tell me!

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the heads up on your blog. You would need to remove all porn related content on your blog before moving it over to WordPress.com – even if the content is private, it is not allowed. Please note that we have restrictions on the type of mature content allowed on WordPress.com, and pornographic or sexually explicit content is not allowed on our service at all.

    You can change your blog address by going to My Blogs, and clicking the Change Blog Address link that appears when you hover over the address you want to change:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/

    Note that you have the option to choose your user name to match the new blog address. If you choose this option, you will not be able to revert back to the original username, and it can affect profile URLs for other services such as Gravatar or IntenseDebate.
