importing my tumblr blog.

  i’m following the advice and have reset my tumblr custom domain – and refreshed my dns from my end – but i cant seem to get wordpress to recognise that my main blog on tumblr can be imported – https://djpaine.tumblr.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you’re getting the custom domain error even after switching off the domain on Tumblr’s end, disconnect in the importer, go to the Apps section in Tumblr settings and remove WordPress there: https://www.tumblr.com/settings/apps

  Then restart the import.

  Hi djpaine,

  Okay, thanks for trying that. I’ve reset the importer on djpaine.wordpress.com so between that and the steps @kokkieh mentioned above, you should have a clean slate to work form. Please try running the import again:

  Import from Tumblr

  Let us know if you run into any trouble.
