Importing my website from Vistaprint

Hi, I’ve looked on your support pages but can’t find a relevant link, so I hope you can help me please.
I have a website hosted on Vistaprint https://www.mindbeforebody.com.au which I would like to fully import to WordPress, but I am not sure how to go about this, so any help you can give is much appreciated. Thank you -
