importing old posts to new blog

  i tried to import a post from my old wordpress blog to my new one but nothing has uploaded yet.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  By the way, it looks like there is one post on your blog at shampooreview.wordpress.com. Is that the post you were trying to import, or are you still trying to get your import to work?
