importing old website

    When I try uploading, it loads for around ten minutes then gives a #413 error code. I need the old site to view links and sources that we still have yet to transfer to the new site. Thanks for any help. – Jenell

    Hi Jenell,

    Which platform are you importing content from? For example, WordPress.org, Blogger etc. And what is the exact error message you are seeing?

    15MB is the maximum supported file size for imports so it would be worth checking the file isn’t any larger than that.

    I noticed you are tried to import a .txt file. It could also be worth changing the .txt extension to .xml to see whether that makes a difference.
